Refund policy

At StrykeCard®, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are custom-designed digital business cards, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun or the digital card has been delivered.

Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Product Policy

All StrykeCard® purchases involve the creation of a custom, non-tangible digital product compatible with Apple Wallet. Because these products are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds once your design is finalized and delivered.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order.

  • Failure to deliver: If we are unable to deliver your digital card due to a verified technical error on our part and cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Design error caused by us: If your delivered StrykeCard contains an error introduced by us (e.g., incorrect name or photo not matching your submitted content).

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your card.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Spelling or content errors submitted by you during setup

  • Incompatibility with non-Apple devices or apps (our cards work exclusively with Apple Wallet)

  • Incorrect contact info if entered by you during customization

  • Lack of QR code scan capability on recipient devices


4. Modifications After Delivery

If you need to update or correct your card after delivery, we may offer an edit or reissue service for a small fee. Contact our support team for assistance.


5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please contact us. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and any relevant screenshots.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.


6. Policy Updates

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
