Shipping policy
At StrykeCard®, we deliver custom digital business cards directly to your inbox — not your mailbox. Since our product is 100% digital and designed for Apple Wallet, there is no physical shipping involved.
1. Digital Delivery Only
All StrykeCard® purchases are delivered digitally via email. Your customized Apple Wallet card will be sent as a downloadable .pkpass file along with instructions for adding it to your Wallet app.
We do not offer physical printing, mailing, or NFC-enabled cards at this time.
2. Delivery Timeline
Our typical turnaround times are:

Standard delivery: Within 24 hours of placing your order and submitting all required assets (e.g. name, photo, job title, logo)

Rush delivery (if available): Within 4-8 hours (additional fees may apply)

We’ll notify you if your order is expected to take longer than 24 hours.
3. Delivery Method
Your finished StrykeCard will be delivered via:

Email (to the address used during checkout or submission)

Download link to your Apple Wallet pass (.pkpass file)

Optional instructions on how to install and use the card
Please ensure you enter your correct email address. If you haven’t received your card within the expected timeframe, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us.
4. International Availability
StrykeCard® is a global service. As long as you have a compatible Apple device (iPhone or iPad with Wallet support), you can use your StrykeCard from anywhere in the world. No shipping fees or customs apply.
5. Failed Deliveries
If you do not receive your digital card within 48 hours:

First, check your spam/junk folder

Then, contact our support team
We will promptly resend your digital card at no additional charge if the issue is on our end.
